Sonbhadra/ Singrauli: Vindhyanagar, A two-day mentoring workshop on the topic “Mentoring: The Bridge from Experience to Excellence” was successfully organized at the Regional Learning Institute at NTPC Vindhyachal. A total of 56 mentors and mentees participated in the workshop. The objective of the program was to further strengthen the important role of mentoring in knowledge exchange, capacity building, leadership development, and preparing future-ready talent.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Ajay Agarwal of Rapid Learning Enterprise. He organized engaging and interactive sessions for mentors and mentees, both individually and jointly. These sessions provided participants with focused learning, meaningful dialogue, and improved mentor-mentee coordination and collaboration.
The program was graced by the presence of Mr. Kishore Kumar Hota, Executive Director (Vindhyachal). General Manager (Operations & Maintenance) Shri M. Suresh, General Manager (Human Resources) Smt. Ruma De Sharma and Additional General Manager (RLI) Dr. Debasmita Tripathi were also present on the occasion. All of them motivated the participants to further strengthen the culture of continuous learning, mentoring and leadership development at NTPC.
The program reflects NTPC’s people-centric philosophy of “People Before PLF” and presents mentoring as a powerful bridge between experience and aspiration. The workshop marked an important step towards preparing future leaders through knowledge, experience and guidance.
